PRINTED VS. DIGITAL
PRINTED PHOTOS
Physical Copies of your photos are only available for purchase before 7 pm on the night of your show. Physical copies are delivered to your table and come with a souvenir folder and a link to download the digital version of your photo, the link is good for 7 days from the date of purchase.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Digital downloads of your photo are available for purchase for 14 days after your show. Digital download link is emailed to you, the link is good for 7 days from the date of purchase. All Sales Final! No Refunds for Digital Downloads.
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD LINK EXPIRED?
Digital download links are only good for 7 days from purchase. If your digital download link expires before you are able to download your photo, please email victoria@ibphawaii.com and we will send you a new link. Photos are only stored for at least 14 days, so if you contact us later then there may be a waiting time as we will have to search our archives. But there is no guarantee your photo will be available.
Liko Package
Liko package includes 1 printed photo per group. You will receive the printed photo on the night of your lūʻau. Digital downloads are not included in the Liko package.
